Yes! My dog Ralphy is almost always in session with me. He’s an 18 pound hypoallergenic pup and a gentle, friendly presence. He loves offering cuddles and quiet comfort, helping you feel more at ease.

Building a strong, safe relationship is at the heart of our work together. I strive to make you feel genuinely comfortable, like talking to a friend who really gets you. I show up as a real person too because authenticity on both ends is super important to me. We can dive into the heavy work while also having space to joke around and laugh. I keep things real but always maintain a high level of warmth and compassion. I want you to feel supported, understood, and fully yourself here.

The first session is relaxed and focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support feels right. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, share at your own pace, and get comfortable in the space. There’s no pressure, just a conversation to start building trust. You won't be forced to share anything you're not ready to.

What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help the brain process difficult or traumatic experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming. Using guided eye movements, EMDR helps the nervous system reprocess memories, reduce emotional intensity, and build healthier beliefs about yourself. Many people find it helps them feel calmer, safer, and more in control moving forward.
